This report compiles findings and cases of human rights abuses documented and investigated in 2007 until February of 2008 by the Working Group on Justice for Peace. While presenting the policies implemented by the government, this report shows how these policies have led to grave human rights violations against the local population, including torture, disappearances and extra-judicial killings which ultimately further eroded security for the population.
